At BlackMangoObjects, each piece is created, sourced, or prepared with care. Many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, customized, fragile, or produced in limited quantities. Because of this, our refund, return, and cancellation policies differ from standard retail stores.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product
- Your order arrived damaged during transit
- Your order could not be fulfilled due to an internal issue from our side
To request a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- Proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Claims submitted without proper proof may not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order pieces
- Limited-edition collections
- Handmade products with natural material variations
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
- Bulk or corporate orders once production has started
Minor variations in texture, finish, weave, grain, color, or handcrafted detailing are not considered defects.
3. Returns
We currently do not accept general returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
If a verified issue exists due to transit damage or incorrect shipment, we may:
- Replace the product
- Offer store credit
- Process a refund where applicable
The resolution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
4. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted because production, packaging, sourcing, or dispatch preparation may already have started.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
This includes:
- Custom dimensions
- Personalized details
- Special finish requests
- Custom fabric or material selections
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient is unavailable
- Delivery attempts fail due to refusal or non-response
- Delays occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, strikes, or other factors outside our control
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Record a complete unboxing video
- Take clear photographs of the package and product
- Email the proof within 24 hours of delivery
Once verified, our team will assist with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be approved.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
- The wrong product was shipped by us
- The product was verified as damaged before successful delivery
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
9. Corporate & Bulk Orders
Corporate, hospitality, interior, and bulk orders follow scheduled production timelines.
Once payment is confirmed and production has started:
- Cancellations are not permitted
- Refunds are not applicable
- Replacements for verified damages will be handled based on submitted proof
